Christmas celebrations are incomplete without the tableau depicting the birth of Jesus. Parties, sweets, dancing and singing are only a trivial part of the Christmas celebrations. The theme of Christmas is Jesus and His arrival into the world to give salvation to mankind.

Our students from both the Primary and Secondary sections enacted the events leading to the birth of Jesus and finally the Nativity scene. The students’ involvement and efforts make us happy that in this world that is turning bitter towards each other, there is hope as long as there are children whose innocence and free spirit become the binding force between communities.

The Pre-Primary section had ‘Christmas’ as the theme for their fancy dress parade. Children came decked as bells, candy canes, mistletoe etc. Some students came dressed as shepherd boys and little ‘Santas’. A mini version of Santa Claus went around giving sweets to the students.

The programme ended with Yellow Santa, Fr. Magi Murzello showering the students with a boxful of Christmas goodies and gifts.
